[ F U L L ] Patch for ICQ Pro 2003a Build #3777 by ven000m

Довел свой патч для ICQ Pro 2003a Build #3777 до конца. Всем кто скачивал мой патч ранее, рекомендуется переустановить ICQ, в ином случаи на уже пропатченую асю этот патч не встанет.
