&RQ v0.9.4.12 Preview released...

1) Added [tip] properties to theme editor
2) Added sections to &RQ-miniguide.html

1) History: receiving a message while minimized could disable the auto-scroll
2) Deleting an uinlist, its name was not removed from the list
3) Multiple "enter password" dialogs popped up on "Connect on connection available"
4) Autoaway could trigger while offline, switching then to online
5) History: URL recognition now trims ending trailing commas and dots
6) Rename contact not working when invoked from the chat window
7) Antispam: "uin is greater than" was not working
